What documents are required to rent a camera?
To rent a camera, you need to provide a government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driver’s License) and a refundable security deposit. Additional verification may be required based on the rental value.
How much is the security deposit, and when will it be refunded?
The security deposit varies based on the equipment rented. It is fully refundable upon the safe return of the equipment in its original condition. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer same-day rentals and doorstep delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day rentals based on availability. We also provide doorstep delivery and pickup services within Delhi for added convenience. Additional charges may apply.
What happens if the rented equipment gets damaged or lost?
If the rented equipment is damaged or lost, the renter is responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We recommend handling the gear carefully to avoid any additional charges.
Are the cameras and lenses sanitized before each rental?
Yes! We thoroughly clean and sanitize all cameras, lenses, and accessories after every rental. We use specialized cleaning solutions and air blowers to ensure dust-free and hygienic equipment.
How do you ensure that the cameras and lenses are in top condition?
Every piece of equipment undergoes a detailed quality check before and after each rental. Our team inspects for functionality, sensor cleanliness, and lens sharpness to ensure a flawless experience.
What if I receive a camera with dust or scratches on the lens?
We meticulously inspect all gear before dispatch. However, if you notice any issues, please inform us immediately upon receiving the equipment, and we will provide a replacement (subject to availability).
Do you provide protective cases and cleaning kits with rentals?
Yes! We provide protective cases, lens caps, and dust-free pouches to keep the gear safe. For long-term rentals, we also offer cleaning kits upon request.
Are the memory cards and batteries tested before rental?
Absolutely! We format memory cards and test batteries to ensure they hold a proper charge. However, we always recommend carrying extra batteries for longer shoots.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash payments. For online bookings, full payment is required before dispatch.
Is a security deposit required for renting a camera?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies based on the equipment rented. The deposit is refunded once the equipment is returned in its original condition.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup, you’ll receive a full refund. For last-minute cancellations, a cancellation fee of 10-20% may apply.
How long does it take to process refunds?
Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after the returned equipment is inspected. Payments made via UPI and wallets are usually refunded faster.
Do you offer partial refunds if I return the camera early?
Unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds for early returns. However, for long-term rentals, we may provide flexible rental extensions at discounted rates.
